Vouchers are limited and valid for a certain time so don't wait too long
Don't order last minute! It's a manual process so we need a couple of days to get you the voucher.
Turn your voucher into an NS train ticket  before your actual travel date

How does it work?

It's simple: You provide us with your details and, based on your data, we will email you a voucher prior to your arrival date. Once you know the exact date you will travel from Schiphol Airport to Rotterdam (or The Hague) you should turn your voucher into an NS train ticket as stated in the email.

Only students who have registered via the Erasmus "Free airport train tickets" receive a max of one voucher each.  Once you have turned your voucher into an NS ticket it is unchangeable.

Furthermore, we'll email you customised information relevant to the stage you're in, whether that be prior to or after your arrival in the Netherlands. Concerning topics such as travelling to and within your new Dutch city, finding a student job and opening a bank account, we'll make sure that all practicalities are clearly explained to you.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I change the date of the train ticket after I have redeemed my voucher?
Your voucher can be redeemed into a train ticket very last minute so wait till you know your exact travel date to do so. After you have redeemed the voucher we can not change or issue a new voucher anymore.
I have signed up for a voucher but I didn't receive it yet, what should I do?
The Erasmus university provides a limited amount of voucher so it could be we are out of stock. We will try to help as many students as possible but it could be you will have to get your own ticket upon arrival.
In what way do you cooperate with educational institutions?
The two main cooperation models between HEI's and Student Mobility are;
